Quality Construction & Warranty
Limited Warranty: Prairieside Concepts warrants that all materials used in the installation of the sprinkler system will be of good quality and free from defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion. Additionally, Prairieside Concepts warrants that the installation will be performed in a workmanlike manner and will comply with all applicable building codes and regulations. 1-Year Warranty on Parts and Labor: Within the warranty period, Prairieside Concepts will repair or replace, at no additional cost to the Client, any parts or components of the sprinkler system that are found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship. This warranty covers both parts and labor. Winterization Requirement: To maintain the validity of this warranty, the sprinkler system must be professionally winterized by either Prairieside Concepts or another certified contractor at the end of each irrigation season. Failure to properly winterize the system may void this warranty. Extended Warranty: 3 Yr. Warranty when Prairieside Concepts Performs Spring Startup & Winterization
